The Queen Room was immaculate with cozy pillow-top mattresses that made sleeping a breeze. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we felt welcomed. The room also had a nice balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee with beautiful mountain views.

Breakfast options could be improved.

I fell in love with my Queen Room! It was immaculate with soft sheets and a cozy pillow-top mattress Plus, the amazing mountain views from my window made my morning coffee utterly magical!

We had a lovely time exploring the Ruidoso Downs & Casino nearby during our stay. The location was perfect for our large family, allowing us to enjoy both gaming and a few family-friendly activities. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable for everyone.

My kids wished the breakfast options were better. A more varied menu would make it easier for families with children to enjoy a hearty meal and get energized for the day.
